DOT Trailer Reservation/Rental

To make a reservation for the Hutch Bethany Trailer, DOT 1, (shown in green), contact Jason Avery at pastorjason@hutchbethany.church

Your reservation request should include the following in your email request:

Cost of rental: $150 (check written to Kansas District Church of the Nazarene)
Cleaning deposit: $300 (check written to Hutch Bethany OR Meade)
You will receive an email from Jason or James that will tell you the dates have been put on the calendar. Attached to this message will be required paperwork that your team will need to fill out to pick up and return the trailer! This will eliminate frustration on everyone’s part in the pickup and drop off process. This paperwork is required by state law.
Please be aware of the following COVID Guidelines we ask for each reservation to follow:
Must consult with Local County Health that the use of bounce houses and food distribution are okay and follow any guidance they give.
Must be aware and follow any State Health Department recommendations on group gatherings, food distribution and parties of larger numbers.
Must maintain social distancing (per the CDC) at all times when using the bounce houses and distributing food.

Host church: HUtch Bethany
1- large jump house inflatable
1- double slide inflatable
1- climbing wall – (This unit will require at least 4 adults to move and set up!)
2- large generators (fueled and ready to go)
12- 5 gallon buckets of concrete (to hold inflatables in place on hard surfaces)
1- Popcorn machine (with sacks AND popcorn/butter packets supplies)
1- Snow Cone machine (with cups and syrups provided)
1- Cotton Candy machine (with wands and flavored sugars provided)
1- portable sound system with microphone (for music, announcements, etc)
1- 5' 8 burner large grill with two propane tanks filled
assorted stakes, tie downs, a mallet, a stake puller
To pull the trailer, you need a full size pickup or SUV with standard receiver hitch. The trailer comes with a ball insert with the 2 5/16" ball that is adjustable in height. The trailer lights require a round connection, but we also have the adapter to a flat four hookup. There are hitch locks included to discourage theft.
