Join us for this low-key and stress-free but helpful and productive academy for all lay leaders doing ministry. The morning sessions will be about becoming a "Thriving" church and then about "Relational Ministry" (a skill that will make or break your ministries).  After lunch, you will break into ministry specific groups to round table good practices, etc.  There will also be some time for processing with common church dynamics (e.g. Church size, rural, urban, church plant, etc). Lunch is provided.
