During these two weekends, you will discover practical tools to implement systems for helping your church to grow and transform into a dynamic, missional church. Together we will focus on:

* Developing a plan to provide fresh hope and direction

* Assessing the current status, envision what needs to change, and generate a revitalization plan for your church

* Helping your church to aim for community transformation

* Helping ensure reproduction with the goal of planting "dynamic" churches in the communities around your church and increasing the survival rate of these new churches

*Developing a vision, plan, and timeline to begin implementing change and revitalization at your church
